Unlike most other companies being manufacturing joiners we offer single or double-glazed units that can be supplied for all our windows and doors. A wide choice of standard and feature glass is available for all occasions on proceeding pages. We aim to provide good-quality glass products in our windows and doors at a reasonably priced medium. Double glazed sealed units will generally have a 16mm spacer bar between the panes, giving a maximum over all unit size of 24mm. the inner pane will generally be of Hard Coat Low E glass giving a double glazed sealed units U-Value of 1.7. Alternatively double glazed sealed units that have a 12mm spacer bar between the panes, giving a maximum over all unit size of 20mm. the inner pane will generally be of Hard Coat Low E glass and argon gas filled, giving a double glazed sealed unit U-Value of 1.6. Both sealed units meet the current EU building requirements for new build houses and replacement windows and will be supplied at our option as need arises. All sealed unit double-glazing is deemed to satisfy BS 5713. Your old stained glass, leaded glass or painted glass panels can be repaired, refurbished and reinstated into our wooden windows and timber doors using single glazing or sealed unit double glazing.
